NEW ON-LINE PLAYER REGISTRATION FOR FALL 2008 SOCCER SEASON

 PLEASE READ THIS PAGE IN IT’S ENTIRETY BEFORE PROCEEDING TO THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PAGE!!!  GOOD IDEA TO PRINT  BEFORE CLOSING IT OUT !!

 ONLINE REGISTRATION CAN BE USED FOR ALL PAYMENT TYPES:  CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR CHECK OR MONEY ORDERS!!

 

1.                 Open your internet browser and go to the following web- page:
http://www.oysa-tablerock.sportsaffinity.com.

2.                 Click on the Registration tab.
 

3.                 Click on the Circle button next to Player Registration.

4.                 Click Continue.

5.                 Go to the bottom and select Option 3 (we are all new users this season).

6.                 You must first enter yourself as a parent, then you can enter your child(ren) as player(s).

7.                 Continue through each page.  READ EACH PAGE CAREFULLY!!  If you leave a required section blank  -  it will let you know!

8.                 Be sure if your child wants to be placed on a team with a specific coach or player, complete the “Buddy Request” section.  If none is requested, please imput “none”.

9.                 Fee Section:  The system will automatically charge the base fee of $55.00.  If you wish to pay for Spring as well, click the second box and it will add it in.  If you are registering more than one child  -  please read the note section and follow those instructions.

10.            Agree to all conditions (Code of Conduct and the Refund Policy).

11.            Print all forms and bring the signed/completed Medical Release form to your first practice and give it to your coach.  It is not necessary to have it notarized.

12.            Your credit card will not be charged until your child has been accepted on a team.  It will show as “Affinity Sports” on your credit card statement.

 

EXCEPTIONS:

 

1.             If you are requesting a scholarship, DO NOT complete this  online registration.  Instead, you must print and complete a paper registration form, write a brief explanation as to why you need a scholarship and mail them to: TRSC, P.O. Box 3904, Central Point, OR 97502.

2.             If you are requesting a payment plan, DO NOT complete this online registration.  Instead, you must print and complete a paper registration form, write a brief explanation as to why you need a payment plan and your payment proposal; mail to TRSC, P.O. Box 3904, Central Point, OR  97502.

3.             Paper registration is still available.  You can print the form from our website and mail it, along with your check or money order to:  TRSC P.O. Box 3904, Central Point, OR 97502.

 

I thank you for your patience throughout this process.  This is a very new registration system that Oregon Youth Soccer Association is requiring of each club.  There will be bugs to work out along the way so please hang in there with me.  I’m learning all this right along with you!
